History

Journey since 1994

For 30 years, we have been steadily growing and developing in Kyrgyzstan’s agro-industrial sector. Since 1994, we have been producing high-quality products, supporting farmers, and implementing modern solutions in the country’s agriculture.

1994

1994 "The beginning of the journey"

On November 3, 1994, the private enterprise ‘Talgat’ was officially registered — the starting point of the company’s long history.

1998

The first winemaking enterprise

Establishment of the ‘Kantvino’ company in the village of Novopokrovka.

2003

‘Zhiide’ Vineyards

In 2003, to ensure production with its own raw materials, the ‘Zhiide’ vineyards in the Suzak district of Jalal-Abad region, established in 1980, were acquired.

2004

‘Ozgon Bulagy’ Brewery

In 2004, the ‘Ozgon Bulagy’ brewery, operating since 1967, was acquired. In addition, a distribution agreement was signed in the Kyrgyz Republic with Esarom (Austria) for food industry ingredients.

2007

Merger with the Champagne and Wine Plant

Merger of ‘Kantvino’ with the legendary Champagne and Wine Plant, founded in 1948.

2008

Establishment of the agro-industrial complex ‘ElDan Atalyk’

Creation of the complex on the basis of the oldest farm, ‘Kirovets’ (founded in 1938).

2009

Agricultural machinery

‘Atalyk’ became the official distributor of the Lukyanenko Research Institute of Agriculture, ‘Rostselmash’, ‘Clever’, and ‘Monosem’. Two years later, in 2011, a specialized enterprise ‘Atalyk Agroservice’ was established, serving as an exhibition site, supplier, and service center for agricultural machinery.

2014

Construction of the ‘Atalyk Suusamyr’ elevator

In 2014, the construction of the ‘Atalyk Suusamyr’ elevator began.

2016

Oil extraction plant and garlic processing

n 2016, the construction of the ‘Atalyk Ozgon’ oil extraction plant and a garlic processing line was launched.

2018

Oil Production and YTO Machinery

Launch of safflower oil production and acquisition of exclusive rights for YTO machinery in Kyrgyzstan.

2019

Pedigree farm and cooperation with Nutreco

The ‘ElDan Atalyk’ farm was granted the status of a pedigree cattle farm. An agreement was signed with Nutreco (Netherlands).

2020

Integration of the ‘TriT’ breeding poultry plant

The only pedigree poultry plant in the country, ‘TriT’, became part of the holding.

2021

Growth of poultry farming and logistics

New poultry houses, a grain cleaning complex, and an elevator were built. The first stage of the egg farm was launched.

2022

Large-scale investments in poultry farming

4 poultry houses for 140,000 laying hens and 3 poultry houses for the broiler parent stock were commissioned. Construction of the feed mill was launched.

2023

New feed mill and elevator expansion

A feed mill with a capacity of 10 tons per hour was launched, and the elevator’s storage capacity was increased to 17,500 tons.

2024

New projects, time capsule

Construction of the ‘Kirovets’ poultry farm was launched, a time capsule was placed at the ‘Sary Zhon’ site, and the ‘Ak-Kanat’ factory was expanded.

2025

Development of poultry farming at the ‘TriT’ breeding plant

A time capsule was laid to mark the beginning of construction of the ‘Sary-Zhon’ pedigree poultry plant.
