The company Kantvino was established in the village of Novopokrovka, Issyk-Ata District.

“Zhiyde” Vineyards
In 2003, to ensure a stable supply of raw materials for production, the Zhiyde vineyards in Suzak District, Jalal-Abad Region — originally planted in 1980 — were acquired.

“Ozgon Bulagy” Brewery
In 2004, the Ozgon Bulagy brewery, operating since 1967, was purchased. A distribution agreement was also signed with Esarom (Austria) for food industry ingredients in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Merger with “ShampanVinKombinat”
In 2007, Kantvino merged with ShampanVinKombinat — a flagship of the national industry built in 1948 — marking a new stage in the country’s winemaking sector.

Foundation of Agro-Industrial Complex “ElDan Atalyk”
In 2008, the ElDan Atalyk Agro-Industrial Complex was established on the basis of one of the oldest enterprises in the country — the Kirovets farm, founded in 1938.
ElDan Atalyk specializes in seed production and pedigree livestock breeding.
In 2013, the complex was awarded the Dank Medal for its contribution to the agricultural sector.

Agricultural Machinery
Atalyk became the official distributor of KNIISH named after Lukyanenko, Rostselmash, Clever, and Monosem.
Two years later, in 2011, the specialized enterprise Atalyk Agroservice was established — serving as an exhibition platform, supplier, and service center for agricultural machinery.

Construction of “Atalyk Suusamyr” Elevator
In 2014, construction began on the Atalyk Suusamyr grain elevator, located in the village of Suusamyr, Jayyl District, Chuy Region, Kyrgyzstan.

Oil Extraction Plant and Garlic Processing
In 2016, construction started on the Atalyk Ozgon oil extraction plant and a garlic processing line.

Oil Production and YTO Machinery
Production of safflower oil was launched, and exclusive rights were obtained for the distribution of YTO agricultural machinery in Kyrgyzstan.

Pedigree Farm and Partnership with Nutreco
In January 2019, the ElDan Atalyk feedlot farm was granted the status of a pedigree breeding farm for Alatau cattle. A cooperation agreement was also signed with the Russian branch of the Dutch company Nutreco.

Integration of “TriT” Breeding Poultry Plant
In 2020, the only breeding poultry plant in Kyrgyzstan — TriT — joined the holding. The enterprise specializes in producing Hy-Line egg-type young birds and commercial eggs.

Growth in Poultry Farming and Grain Processing
In 2021, two new rearing houses for young birds, a new grain cleaning complex, and an elevator were built and commissioned. The first phase of the egg poultry farm was launched.

Large-Scale Investments in Poultry Farming
In 2022, four poultry houses for 140,000 laying hens were constructed and commissioned at the egg poultry farm. Additionally, together with Adal Azyk LLC, three poultry houses were built for the parent stock of Cobb 500 broilers at the Kyrgyz Broiler breeding poultry plant, with the first hatching egg obtained at the end of the year. Construction also began on a new feed mill for the production of mash and pelleted feed for poultry and cattle.

New “Atalyk Zhem” Feed Mill and Elevator Expansion
In 2023, a modern Atalyk Zhem feed mill was launched, capable of producing 10 tons of feed per hour. The grain storage capacity of the elevator was expanded by an additional 10,000 tons.

Start of “Kirovets” Poultry Farm Construction
Construction began on the Kirovets poultry farm, with a time capsule placed at the Sary-Zhon site. Expansion of the Ak-Kanat poultry factory also started.

Development of “TriT” Breeding Poultry Plant
In 2025, a time capsule was laid to commemorate the start of construction of the Sary-Zhon breeding poultry plant.
